Tell us your full name, home lodge name and number, Grand Lodge, rank or degree, intended meeting date, and contact information. Do not send sensitive identification until requested through an appropriate channel.

The lodge will advise whether the visit can proceed and what credentials, dress, regalia, dining arrangements, or other local protocols apply. Please do not arrive without confirmation.

No. The Grand Lodge of China states that visiting brethren cannot be admitted without prior official communication through the proper Masonic channel.
Does completing this form confirm my visit?＋
No. It starts contact with Amity Lodge. Recognition, credentials, the meeting date, and attendance must still be confirmed.
What should I wear or bring?＋

Are there meetings in July or August?＋
